Did I mention that it's also hilarious? Play this game, laugh along with its characters, its writing, its situations, and laugh along with yourself at yourself for the memories it brings back. It terms of quality, this ain't no Bloodborne or Super Mario Galaxy, but when I think of the Top 10 games I'm glad I played, this is easily makes the list. You will thank yourself countless times over for the expectations and confidence boost it gives you.
Especially if you can count on one hand (or two) the number of sexual partners you've had. And, if you're curious about 'normal' sex, expectations around it, and what's good and bad, the game delivers in spades. Yes, there are a lot of fantasies, but there's a lot of truth to the game too. Forget the price tag, your wallet can deal with it. If you're in late high school or early college, and don't really feel confident, or even comfortable with your sexuality, this game is essential. Sure, sometimes things don't amount to anything, and sometimes things don't turn out very well. After playing this game, I've taken that advice to my own life and let me tell you, as scary as talking to someone new may be, or as easy as it is to say 'no' to a night out, there is just so much good that can come out of taking a chance. Unfortunately, you end up missing out on so many possibilities living like that.
I've always been the type to just go with the flow, stay in my comfort zone, and wait for things to come to me. That is, if you want things to happen, you've got to be willing to put yourself out there and take a risk sometimes. On a more personal note, this game has taught me an important lesson about life. Filled with endearing characters and personality types of all sorts, you're bound to find someone in here you really vibe with. The music is great, the storylines are hilarious, romantic, sexy, and really down to earth. Seriously, you will have trouble finding another 18+, MlM focused dating sim that doesn't use the conventional Japanese-anime art style.
